Meet Our
Founder & CEO
Odri grew up watching her mother, a church leader, help immigrant families with paperwork, appointments, and hard decisions. Before she ever stepped into a hospital as a professional interpreter, she was already quietly filling out forms, making phone calls, and explaining systems for people who didn’t speak English, as a way to help her mother.
She went on to earn a degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Michigan on a full scholarship, focusing on immigration, policy, and the realities immigrant families face on the ground. During that time, Odri discovered that interpreting and immigrant support could be more than informal help, it could be a profession and a calling.
Today, as CEO and Co-Founder of Apex 360, Odri leads the vision to build a hybrid agency that walks with families through immigration processes while helping institutions serve immigrant communities with real care and clarity. In the future, she plans to pursue law school and develop Apex 360 into a full immigration law and support firm, continuing the work she’s been doing her whole life, just with more tools and impact.
